Fees and Funding

Fees vary according to the service, session length, location, preparation requirements and funding arrangement. All fees and applicable costs are discussed before services begin and confirmed in a service agreement or written quote.

Future Proof Early Intervention reviews fees when relevant funding guidance or business costs change. Families and services receive written notice of any changes in accordance with their agreement.

NDIS-related fees are informed by the current NDIS pricing schedule effective from 1 July 2026. Proposed changes must be discussed and agreed with participants before being applied. NDIS pricing information

Future Proof Early Intervention accepts:
 

• Self-managed NDIS funding 
• Plan-managed NDIS funding 
• Private payment by families 
• Direct payment by kindergartens and early learning services 
• Professional learning or School Readiness Funding where the service confirms eligibility 

Future Proof Early Intervention cannot accept NDIA-managed funding.

Families and services are responsible for confirming that a particular support can be purchased using their funding. Funding approval cannot be guaranteed by Future Proof Early Intervention.

Sessions are generally 90 minutes. The hourly rate, session cost and any applicable travel charges are confirmed in the family’s service agreement before support begins.
 

Feeding therapy is a 45-minute session and requires a minimum commitment of 10 weekly sessions. Food, drinks and planned therapy activities are supplied by Naomi.
 

A quote will confirm the agreed consultation, observation, preparation, written recommendations and any additional requirements.
 

A tailored quote will confirm the session length, preparation, resources and any other agreed costs. No additional travel fee applies within the agreed service area.
 

Fees depend on the session format, location and agreed goals. Costs are confirmed before Ruby is included in a child’s support.
 

Fees vary according to the selected program and whether it is delivered individually or as a group. Families receive a quote before confirming their place.
