Professional development can be delivered during staff meetings, professional learning days or other agreed training times.

Professional development is delivered in person at your early childhood service or an agreed venue. Sessions can be scheduled during:

Session length and content are agreed before booking. Shorter sessions can introduce a focused topic, while longer workshops provide greater opportunity for discussion, activities, case examples and practical planning.

Before the session, Naomi will discuss your team’s experience, priorities and current challenges. This allows the content to be relevant to your service rather than delivering a generic presentation.

A tailored quote will be provided before booking. The quote will confirm the agreed session length, preparation requirements, resources and any other applicable costs.

Early childhood services may be able to use professional learning budgets or School Readiness Funding where the proposed training aligns with current funding requirements. Services are responsible for confirming eligibility and appropriate use of their chosen funding source.
There is no additional travel fee for professional development delivered within the agreed service area.
 

Bookings are confirmed once the professional development agreement has been accepted by signed copy or reply email. Cancellation terms are included in the agreement.
 

Naomi is a qualified early childhood teacher and early intervention specialist with more than 25 years of experience supporting children, families and educators.

Her training includes Positive Behaviour Support, emotional regulation, communication development, sensory processing, feeding therapy, Social Thinking methodology and family-centred practice.

Naomi understands that educators need strategies that work within real rooms, real routines and real staffing conditions. Her professional development combines evidence-informed knowledge with practical experience across early childhood, disability and early intervention settings.
